Romain Folz

Romain Folz was appointed as Head Coach on February 1st of 2018. A native of Bordeaux, France, Folz holds soccer diplomas from several countries, including France, Scotland, England (UEFA License), and Spain. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Sports Coaching from Bordeaux University (France).

Folz’s coaching career started with Youth teams in France, before moving to professional clubs in France, Morocco (Africa), and most recently with academies in the US. Over the years, Folz has coached First Teams as a Head Coach and Assistant Coach. During his ongoing 10 years career of coaching, Folz has always obtained good results with every club he has coached for, resulting in title wins, and seasons ended with records.

Recently, Folz joined the Men’s Soccer staff for the University of Charleston (West Virginia) July of 2017, and during his first season with the program, won the NCAA Division II National Championship with the Golden Eagles.

Folz is also currently coaching with Charleston FC as Head Coach for youth teams.

ASSISTANT COACH:

Manu’ Rodríguez

Manu’ Rodríguez is from Málaga in Spain.

Manu’ completed his UEFA A license under the Spanish Football association. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Chaos. Manu’ with his impressive resume has been involved with clubs such as the historic Atletico de Madrid football club in Spain. At just the age of 25, Manu’ was coaching players having experience with their U23 National Team level back in Guatemala as well as being selected as the head coach of the reserve squad for Antigua GFC .

Along with all these coaching accolades and experience, Manu’ also is a writer  of coaching and tactics methods books.
