Arthur played for York City and Ossett Town. He played two games for York as a trainee in their final season in Football League Two prior to their relegation to the Football Conference, before moving to Ossett in the Northern Premier League.
Arthur moved to the United States in 2007 to play college soccer at perennial top 15 program Lander University, where he was an NSCAA Division II All-American. During his college years he also played for two seasons with West Virginia Chaos in the USL Premier Development League.
Following the conclusion of his college career, Arthur returned to the UK, playing for Selby Town in the Northern Counties East Football League in the 2010–11 season. He returned to the United States in 2011, again playing for West Virginia Chaos.

Predrag Ivanovic or better know as “Petsa” returns to Chaos for his 5th season with the team! After arriving from Serbia in 2008, Ivanovic started his college career at the University of Charleston where he received “All American” honors in his sophomore year in 2009. Wanting to accomplish his desires of playing NCAA Division 1 soccer Petsa decided to move to Jacksonville University in Florida. As the team captain he led the team through his Junior and Senior year. Petsa graduated from JU one semester earlier in December 2011 trying to pursue professional career, but his dreams were put on hold due to a foot surgery. He has successfully recovered and is back with Chaos hoping for an excellent season which will open the door for his future professional soccer career.
Personal: Petsa was born on August 10th, 1989 in Sm. Palanka, Serbia. Left his home in 2001 at the age of 12 to play for the FC Mladost Apatin Academy. Son of Rade and Snezana, and has two older brothers Nenad and Ivica. Petsa says that he is a huge FC Barcelona fan and his favorite saying is “never let the situation mean more than the relationship!”
